Alyssa Green
Alyssa has always shown an interest in makeup artistry due to her natural artistic tendencies. At a young age makeup presented itself as a practical yet uniquely wearable form of art. Primarily self-taught with a voracious appetite for perfecting makeup artistry, she studied the techniques of masters such as Kevyn Aucoin, Alex Box, and Pat McGrath.
In 2010 she began a career at M.A.C cosmetics while attending Florida State University, traveled to industry-level events with the brand and facilitated many grand scale makeup lessons for FSU sororities. After working for M.A.C for four years she relocated to North Carolina in 2014 and began working for yet another well known brand, Bobbi Brown.
The two brands have had a heavy influence in her makeup artistry style, and allowed for the diverse needs of clients to be met- ranging from the most editorial and dramatic looks to the most natural. From a pure and polished prom face to the edgiest of editorial looks, she enjoys executing makeup in all of its forms. Interacting with her clients, capturing their natural beauty and lifting their confidence is her greatest reward as an artist.
